Travel Tips
- Get an estimated
rate from the driver before starting your trip.
- Make a note
of the cab number, driver name, and company. Request
a receipt to insure you will get this information.
- When vacating
the cab, ensure you have not left any personal articles
in the cab and always request a receipt for services.
- Always report
any problems to the cab company immediately.
- Inquire
with the driver about an hourly rate if you anticipate
several destinations. Hourly rates vary, but $45
for an hour or $38 per hour with a two hour minimum
is customary.
For
information, lost & found, compliments and/or
complaints, please provide the following
so that we can better help you:
- driver's
name, if possible
- cab name
& number or cab description
- date &
time of pickup
- pick up
location - If pick up was at DFW we must know the
terminal and gate where driver picked up
- description
of lost item, if applicable
